Hudson, Wisconsin – March 15, 2018 – Gerrard Corporation announced today that it has officially broken ground on a new mixed-used development called “The Maxwell,” located at 2000 Maxwell Drive in Hudson, Wisconsin. Project highlights include 36 senior housing units and more than 3,000 square feet of commercial space. The Maxwell is phase one of a multi-phase 17-acre housing community. The Gerrard Corporation is now accepting applications for all spaces in The Maxwell.

in a detached garage. Tenants will have 24/7 access to a fitness room, library, two rooftop garden terraces, and a fully-furnished community room that includes its own stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The Maxwell will also offer limited support services to its 55+ community.
