Phase I of the residential neighborhood includes 16 lots, ranging in size from .3 to .9 acres, and includes a park with a ball diamond, a playscape, and a cul-de-sac. Phases II and III are plotted south and west of Phase I, and will be offered after Phase I is sold.

The 24-unit senior apartment project includes six four-plex buildings and a community center. Apartment homes have one or two bedrooms with walk-in closets, front porch, walk-in laundry/storage room, and garage. The community center includes great room with fireplace, kitchen, bath, beauty/barber shop, billiard table, library, computer center and rental office. It is bordered by the park and features easy access to W. Crosstown Rd. The senior apartment homes will be available for occupancy in spring of 2007.

The business park that fronts Hwy. 65 N. at the intersection of Crosstown Rd. includes approximately 18 buildable acres in two lots, out of a total of nearly 30 available acres.
